You are bidding on a 26 gauge sheet metal taper reducer.  This reducer is intended for use with dust collection systems.
The dust collection pieces I sell are also the same pieces I use in my own shop with 10 hp cyclones.
These pieces can be used in heating and air conditioning systems as well.
They are not crimped on either end, this allows you the flexibility to crimp if needed etc.
