    Cloth cap is in good vintage condition and had writing in Russian inside which I can't read, except stamped "61", not sure if that is the year or what. Also comes with twp pins/insignias, in excellent condition, one looks almost new. I don't know a lot about this as it is from an estate sale. Material is heavy, may be wool, not sure.
