Delmac DMG-50CB Contour Edgebander 230V 3 Ph with new Glue Roller / Pot Assembly

You are considering a Delmac, DMG-50CB Contour Edgebander.  This machine is used, but appears to be in good overall condition. We have listed it as "for parts or not working" because the foot pedal was damaged during moving by the previous owner and we have been unable to test it thoroughly. The previous owner was bought out by another company and has been shutting down their woodworking process. We were told that this machine was operational prior to the shutdown by the previous owner.  We have isolated the wires for the foot pedal and hooked power to the machine. We can confirm that the main drive motor works and the glue pot and roller heat up as they should.  Due to the damaged foot pedal, we have been unable to cycle the machine under normal working conditions. Also, we have been unable to get the pneumatics to cycle. This may be due to the damaged foot pedal, but we are not certain. This machine is being sold AS IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.
There is a new Glue Roller and Glue Pot assembly included with this machine. It was bought by the previous owner as a back up.  These machines are built and distributed for Delmac by Fletcher Machine Inc., Lexington, NC.  We have contacted Fletcher and this machine is still in production and any parts that may be needed are available. The included instruction manual has contact information in it for Fletcher.  There is also a complete parts breakdown and wiring schematic for the machine in the instruction manual. We are including a foot pedal with this machine (not pictured) that will hopefully allow you to get the machine back up and running. We do not have a strong enough electrical background to wire the foot pedal back in for this machine. There are several wires that need to be wired in; some having to do with automatic and manual operation of the machine. We do not want to risk damaging something due to our inexperience.
