This machine was used 5 days/week in a 2-shift operation when taken out of service in July 2016. The machine was purchased new from Stiles Equipment and installed in 1995, and had two regularly scheduled 6 month major PM intervals conducted by Stiles Equipment technicians annually till taken out of service. Other minor maintenance was performed by Jayco’s on staff technicians on both a scheduled and as needed basis. As this piece of equipment was essential to our operation, it received recommended maintenance and upkeep to assure dependable operation and uninterrupted flow of cut goods to the grander operation.
