Industrial Machinery Lever, Whitney Mfg. Co., 1800's Era

Description

I forget where I picked up this lever, but it's heavy duty posture made me think of converting it to a monster floor shift lever.  I have cut off the bottom portion that would not factor into a floor shift lever.  This industrial monster was built by the Whitney Mfg. Co., they were in business during the back half of the 1800's.  The Whitney name is cast into the lever.  The lever was part of a manual press, it is now 21" tall, and ready for buyer to weld onto their project piece- - -easy deal.
