MIKRON ROS-100 Automatic Rosette Maker
, for making up to 5" diameter rosettes with magazine feeder
Specifications:
Automatically feeds, shapes & ejects Rosette blocks in 2-1/2" - 5" square blocks.
3 HP motor belt drives 4" diameter cutterhead at 7,000 RPM.
Adjustable hopper feed to side of spindle automatically indexes Rosette blocks under cutterhead up against corner-V holding fixture with overhead spring fingers. Cutterhead advances and machines Rosette, then automatically ejects block to front position of block and air eject cylinder.
Produces up to (500) Rosettes/Hr; Rosette profiles can be ground on any profile grinder for infinitely variable design possibilities
Equipped with:
3" Diameter Inlet dust hood.
