    Description

    This jointer is in really good operating condition.  It was manufactured in 1948 and I'm the second owner.  Originally they didn't provide the cover that attaches to the fence and covers the cutter head when moving the fence but I thought it was a good safety measure.  We just replaced the bearings in the head.  It also has a set of new un-used knives.  This is a dual voltage 3450 RPM 230/460 motor that is currently running on 230 volt.  This is what they call a 12" Heavy.  The table top is 8 ft. long.  It also has the Spring Jointing attachment.  Outfeed table is grooved for Rabbets.   Direct drive motor.  This is a very heavy machine and a nice piece of American history.
