Vintage OERTLI Swiss Made Cutting Tool - 14.3cm appx dia w/2 Cutting Surfaces

This listing is for the cutting tool as
shown.  I am not familiar with this but from what I can tell it is for cutting wood of some sort.  It is made in Switzerland, has a diameter of appx 14.3cm at the center of the two cutter knives, which are adjustable for angle.  The base piece diameter without the cutters is appx 14cm.  Each knife is appx 4.9cm long.  The thickness at the bore is appx 4cm.  The bore is 1.250".  The original wood box has some issues, including a loose lid that even if it was still hinged, wouldn't close because the hole in the lid doesn't match up with the wood spindle in the base of the box.  But, everything will be included and you can use or modify the box as you see fit.  Weighs appx 10 pounds as you see it, so it is one solid chunk of steel
