Description

Item was removed from a functioning dust collection system machine, it is used and may show some signs of cosmetic wear but it is fully operational and functions as intended.
The control unit ECOGATE greenbox 12+ automatically closes the air inlet for the currently non-working machines. Maintains the minimum required flow in the duct. Automatically starts with the first suction machine and running off with suction off the last machine connected to the system.
This controller is also capable, in cooperation with the drive to change the suction power on the basis of the actual volume of air needs.
TYPICAL USE
Superstructure exhaust system. The control system ECOGATE greenbox 12 + allows the use of smaller (less powerful) extractor, increases suction capacity (air speed) at which machines are in operation, generating savings of up to 55% of electric energy. Cost-effective solution to control extraction, where the use ECOGATE MASTER SRL system is too expensive (one-shift operation, within 24 working machines).
MODIFYING AN EXISTING OVERLOADED EXHAUST SYSTEM
If you are considering expansion of production and investment do not suppose the new exhaust systems, control system ECOGATE greenbox 12 + you can greatly improve the performance of the existing exhaust, without having to invest without enlargement of the existing exhaust system (save in the cost of the electric energy). Allows user to use a smaller hood, increase the speed at suction machines (m / s) that are in operation, using the drive to save 55% electricity.
